There's just something about brown tones - they make you feel so chic and put together. Admittedly, I used to hate this color (no idea why) but since 2019, brown clothing has become a staple for me.
It's funny because whenever I go shopping, I usually gravitate towards black or white clothing, but now I'm definitely going for more shades of brown, and I love it!
I bought this turtleneck dress, coat, and heeled boots in the fall last year and haven't had a chance to wear it until recently. Of course, I had to bring all of these pieces together and create a monochrome look, because that's been my obsession these days,
And you know what the best part about this outfit is? It's super comfortable! The dress is very stretchy and I got the coat in XL because I wanted that oversized feel. I definitely don't regret getting a bigger size.
I'm happy with how the look turned out and I'll definitely wear more outfits like this, but that may have to wait until next fall. It looks like the cold weather and coat season is officially over!
