Hey guys, hope you're all doing well! Wow, this is my second blogpost in less than a week haha, we absolutely love being productive ;). I wasn't planning on putting this outfit up on the blog, but so many of you guys liked it, so that changed my mind. This look is effortless, simple and frivolous - and perfect for anyone looking to subtly tap into their sexy/sensual side.
It was really hot on the day I wore this, so when I opened my closet, my first thought was "it has to be something cute, but that I can also breathe and move comfortably in". So, I opted for this cute cropped sleeveless turtleneck because of how stretchy its material is, and some blue denim.
I initially paired the look with sneakers but it was too casual for me, so I wore these snakeskin mini heels instead. Surprisingly enough, they're one of the most comfortable pair of heeled sandals I own; what I also love about them is that you can wear them multiple ways!
To make sure the focus was on the outfit and not the backdrop, I shot the pictures against a clear wall to give it that crisp feel. This mini photoshoot was quite interesting haha, so many people were looking at me and some even asked me if I was famous. I didn't mind though, I know randomly taking pictures in the streets of Dakar isn't an everyday thing like it is in NYC.
Now, my absolute favorite thing about this whole look is definitely the jeans. Yes, you guessed it, they're my #1 pair. If I could wear them everyday, I would. They're so comfy and fit so well, plus they look good with any kind of top.
Overall, I felt great in this outfit and I'm really glad you guys liked it so much :).
